Greetings.
My flight was relatively uneventful, though the in-flight entertainment left something to be desired. I have seen snow for the first time, and also a creature they call a squirrel.
Thank you to everyone for your concern.

Thank you Karen. I have had my rabies shots just in case, though Scott says he’s not letting me go outside.

Think I might get lost in the snow if I did! I can still remember losing my galoshes out in the back yard in New York while building my snowman. then I could not open the door as my mittens were caked in snow-so what else would one do-try to open up the door with your mouth! Very sticky situation! Boy did it hurt when my tongue came off the frozen door knob!
Watch out for the funny colored snow also!
Love, Karen

Watch out, Orlando….those pushy “English” Fox Squirrels always chase off our little Douglas Squirrels here in Oregon…..don’t let ‘em get to you!

Orlando, tell Scott to let you out in the snow. It’s fun, really. For a moment or two. I love to make patterns with my footprints in the snow on my balcony.

You look beautiful in your photo. You look quite contented and I am so pleased that the flight was uneventful.
I do hope you get to play in the snow at some stage soon….maybe after a week or two when you have got used to your new surroundings.

Squirrels are a lot of fun to watch! We are so happy that you are settling in so well. We have got a lot of snow here too, but do not wish to go out in it – too bust napping inside ;)

Well done Orlando! You’re a real trooper and a very cosmopolitan cat. Don’t forget to sing out if you need an elegant kitty coat to keep out the chill until your fur growth adjusts to the northern hemisphere. I’ve told Squish all about your adventures and she thinks you are a Sean Connery type of cat- very cool. The 3 dogs are a bit jealous – the giant poodle in particular. Perhaps Scott could get you a light harness and then you could explore your snowy surrounds while remaining safe – I’d ask if I were you – you could also lobby Mark during laptime while you both get used to UK footy. Give my love to your two excellent staff and I’m glad you’re safe and sound. xxxxxx

Glad to hear that you have made it to Liverpool safe and sound. My German Shepherd Caleb is very jealous that you have seen a squirrel.
