Two hundred years ago my ancestors lived on this street. My great-great-great-great grandfather was a “Gentleman of Whitecross Street”, according to his will, leaving sizeable inheritances to his children. Where’d the money go?

i love going to the places where my ancestors once lived. it gives a great sense of.. well, i’m not everso sure, but it just feels good to get to know what life may have been like for them.
